Listening: The first step of the process is listening. iTT will act as a sounding-board to listen to issues facing the community. Project Selection: Projects will be selected or rejected using a criteria which will include: Urgency, Value to the Community, Project Cost, Liability, Time Requirements, Profitability, and Likelihood of Success Brainstorming: This step involves research, analysis, discussion, strategy development and planning. Implementation: This fourth step involves action being taken to resolve the issue Review and Monitoring: A Project Review will be conducted following the completion of every project. It will be graded as to its level of success or failure. A determination will be made then, concerning possible additional action. If necessary the situation will be monitored.
